About the Author

Bob Monti is a rare breed, not because he is the only person to have faced trials and tribulations in his lifetime, but because he has kept his dignity and pulled himself up by his bootstraps over and over and over again.

His book is testimony to how much pain and loss the human spirit can endure; he has always risen to meet his next obstacle with a strong will to survive. His positive nature is an inspiration to others who find themselves faced with seemingly insurmountable obstacles. Reading his memoir reminds others that perhaps “this too shall pass” in their own lives.

Bobby has settled and permanently resides in Naples Florida. He continued to persevere in his daily life. After many more years of numerous situations, his perseverance, faith in God and strength of character, have blessed him with abundance, peace, harmony and Love in his life.

Those that know his life story well have often remarked that he needed to write a book. Bobby accepted that challenge and set to work with this memoir. This book proves that the old adage, “Truth is stranger than fiction” is certainly true!
